Anton Borisovich is a Doctor of Philosophy, Candidate of Law, associate Professor, expert in the field of law, compliance, and business ethics with international experience.

He is a graduate of Novosibirsk State University (specializing in economics and law, Master’s degree in philosophy), defended his PhD thesis in Moscow, and his doctoral thesis at Tomsk State University.

Accredited lawyer at the Court and the International Arbitration Center of the IFC, is included in the register of Legal Advisors of the IFC and the Association of Independent Directors of Kazakhstan. Since 2022, he has been teaching at the M.S. Narikbayev KazGUU University (Associate Professor) and is the editor-in-chief of the journal Law and State.

Alibek Sarmagambet is an expert with over 9 years of experience in the judicial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2024, he has specialized in corporate regulation within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). He currently holds the position of Senior Expert at the Companies Registrar Division of the Astana Financial Services Authority. His responsibilities include company registration and re-registration, compliance checks, report acceptance, redomiciliation, and engagement with both governmental and non-governmental bodies.
