1. The programme
Module 1
- AIFC Employment Regulations:
Priority over the Labour Code of Kazakhstan; international labour standards; - Mandatory requirements for the written form of the employment contract:
(Employment contract form according to AIFC Regulations, priority of the English version, specifics of the contract term and early termination, qualification requirements for foreign employees in the AIFC, compliance with migration rules, personal data protection); - Remuneration and working time in AIFC participant companies:
(Main rules of salary payment in the AIFC and their differences from the Labour Code of Kazakhstan, working time regimes (possibility to use similar regimes as in the Labour Code)).
Module 2
- Social security:
(Maternity leave and payments, rules for granting leave upon childbirth, pension contributions and payments); - Workplace:
(Employer’s obligations regarding workplace organization – differences between licensed and non-licensed AIFC companies); - Protection of employee rights:
(Exclusive jurisdiction of the AIFC Court to consider and resolve employment disputes; features of AIFC Court practice on employment cases in 2020–2025).

3. About the trainers
Anton Didikin
Trainer at AIFC Academy, AIFC Registered Legal Advisor
Anton Didikin holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree and a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree. He is an Associate Professor and an expert in law, compliance, and business ethics with international experience.
He graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a specialist degree in Economics and Law and a Master’s degree in Philosophy. He defended his Candidate dissertation in Moscow and his Doctoral dissertation at Tomsk State University.
Anton is an accredited lawyer with the AIFC Court and International Arbitration Centre, included in the AIFC Legal Advisors Register, and a member of the Association of Independent Directors of Kazakhstan. Since 2022, he has been teaching at M.S. Narikbayev KAZGUU University as an Associate Professor and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Law and State.

Dinara Mukhamediya, PHRi
Dinara is an HR Director with international PHRi certification and over seven years of experience in human resource management. She specializes in building agile teams in IT and GovTech, implementing HR digitalization, and developing compensation and benefits systems.
She has successfully led large-scale projects in HR transformation and process automation. Since 2021, Dinara has been working within the AIFC ecosystem, providing HR outsourcing services to participant companies and managing full-cycle HR projects.
