3. About the trainer
Ekaterina Khamidullina is a Partner at AEQUITAS law firm and Head of its AIFC office. She has over 13 years of experience advising on complex matters of corporate, financial, labor, and contract law.
Ekaterina also has extensive experience in personal data protection, dispute resolution, compliance, project finance, real estate, healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications, as well as AIFC law.
According to AsiaLaw Profiles, Ekaterina was recognized as a “Highly Regarded Lawyer” in Kazakhstan in 2021. The Legal 500 has also recommended her in the areas of financial law, capital markets, commercial and corporate law, and M&A.
