Pre-MBA by AIFC Academy is an intensive springboard program designed to help professionals transition from operational routine to strategic company management.
The program is tailored for ambitious managers and entrepreneurs ready to scale their business, systematize processes, and step into the leadership talent pool.

The training lasts 1.5 months (48 hours) and is delivered in a convenient format that allows you to learn without interrupting your core work: sessions take place every two weeks (Friday–Saturday).
This structure enables participants to immediately apply new tools in their business and return to the next module with results or new insights.
