The purpose of the Training Centre was to provide professional development opportunities and raise local professionals' competencies in finance, investment, financial services, project management, HR management, and accountancy.
Over the years the Training Centre has become a human capital raising centre that provided high-profile specialists for the ecosystem of the Astana International Financial Centre and the market.

In accordance with their research, these institutions observed a significant increase in the number of candidates and certified professionals in Kazakhstan owing to the Training Centre.
